The Wooded Wisp Moth, native to some small villages in the Northern Fairylands. 

Nature, although full of fleeting moments, has the ultimate paintbrush. There are countless things about it we often overlook- like how a singular snowflake's pattern will never be replicated by another, or just how detailed insects are in their designs, shapes and colours. This piece is inspired by all the art we tend to not notice from nature and life. How every little shape and colour is synchronized with the next, creating beautiful patterns that we don’t see a lot of the time. I wanted to showcase the beauty of nature in this whimsical winged creature and how detailed nature actually is with its art.
